Within Alleima and Division Tube, there is Primary Products, which is the production unit that supplies our product areas with raw materials for further processing. In our operations, we have the raw material yard, steel mill, hot working, finishing, and a unit for manufacturing drill rods for rock drilling machines.

Your Role

As a Coordinator, you are part of a team of 7 people who manage the daily work of planning logistics, FLT, and maintenance on our own equipment. We also work on continuous improvements of our facilities, where we are involved in driving investments in our infrastructure continuously. Since we have customers throughout the Sandviken Industrial Park, the job requires you to be out with customers, which involves a significant amount of self-planning for the team's activities.

Common tasks include:

• Participating in project meetings with customers.
• Actively working to maintain delivery precision.
• Providing technical support and expertise to customers.
• Continuously following up and evaluating the maintenance work regarding safety, economy, and efficiency.
• Developing maintenance plans together with the operations for both existing and new facilities.
• Working with daily management, planning, and preparation of tasks for the group via our maintenance system Maximo.

This is a daytime position based in Sandviken.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical high school diploma or equivalent, and/or previous experience in production or other relevant work experience for the role. Previous experience in handling process media and pressure-bearing installations is an advantage. You will be an important part of our team where each individual is a key factor in achieving our goals and delivery precision together.

Great emphasis will be placed on your personal qualities, characterized by being calm and organized with a positive attitude and that problems are meant to be solved. Since we are a small team working closely, it is essential that you enjoy working as a team and are not afraid to ask for or give help when needed. As we sometimes work with hazardous gases, liquids, and similar, it is required that you have a strong safety mindset, as safety always comes first.

Furthermore, you must thrive in a customer-oriented environment with the ability to plan and coordinate deliveries across the entire industrial park. As we live in a digital environment, you also need to have some computer skills to report necessary information. We will provide training in the various systems.

You need to speak and write fluently in Swedish and hold a B driver's license.
